On the 5th of November 2023, the Grade 10 class led the whole school in expressing their heartfelt appreciation for the unsung heroes of our school community, the custodians. This was part of their Service Action. Students in various classes designed and presented cards with messages of gratitude.We all recognize that our custodians are dedicated individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our school environment remains clean and safe for all of us. They are the ones who arrive early in the morning, often before any of us have even set foot in the school, and they stay long after we’ve left for the day. They mop the floors, sanitize the classrooms, empty the trash cans, and make sure every nook and cranny of our school is in pristine condition.
Thank them when you see them in the hallways, leave a note of appreciation, or just smile and acknowledge their presence. These small gestures can go a long way in letting them know that their efforts are valued and recognized.
A huge appreciation to Ms Perin for her relentless efforts in ensuring this was done.
