Dia Dhuit (Dee-ah gwith), ABIS family. My name is Magz, I’m from Ireland and am very excited for my move to Oman to join your community as the Whole School EAL/LS Coordinator. I can’t wait to be in country to meet you all, and to learn everyones faces, names and stories. I’m a passionate learner, avid explorer and outdoor enthusiast. I love music, photography, a good brain science podcast and Munster rugby. When I’m not teaching or studying, I am outside working up holes in my hiking boots, or riding my bike, or in a kayak, or playing a card game over coffee with a friend at a local cafe. As you can see from my photo’s, I’m a little partial to a good mountain, and exploring the high places in Oman is something I cannot wait to do. So, if you see me around campus, and have some tips about where I should start, stop me so we can have a chat.
