Our annual sports day was held at Sohar Aluminium Sports Ground. The hospitality of Sohar Aluminium was once again outstanding and we could, just like before, count on them for support and assistance to make this event enjoyable for our students. The staff worked together excellently to ensure an entertaining and smooth running event. The secondary students played their part very well and like older siblings, took the younger grades through the various activities. Well done to Secondary students, they have surely set a good example on the day. It was evident that all the parents present had just as much fun as the students. Even the gust of wind or shall we call it “Hurricane Sohar” that totally destroyed our shade could not put a damper on the fantastic spirit of the 2016 Sports day.
Well done to all the students on their fantastic sportsmanship and eager participation and congratulations to team Leopards who came from behind to claim the sports day trophy with Dolphins second, Desert foxes third and Falcons a 4th.
So from the Gym, Sports field, Basketball court and Pool, we wish a happy festive season and prosperous New Year.
