The pressure was on this week and two grade groups had to write until their fingers ached. In-class essays force students to plan and compose a coherent text in a short period of time. This exercise is in preparation for the demands of IGCSE exams.

On Tuesday during Advisory the grade nine students entertained the secondary with some serious acting. They each memorized and presented a monologue from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Claire stole the show as Puck and Hermia.
