Athletics and Swimming

For the following units, we will be working on Swimming and Athletics.  We will be working on these until the beginning of the winter break.

Please make sure that you bring the following equipment on the day that you are swimming;

  • Girls – One-piece swimming costume

  • Boys – Appropriate swimming shorts

  • Towel

  • Swimming goggles

  • Swimming cap (optional but recommended especially for students with long hair)

  • Water Bottle

Would you please make sure you bring the following equipment on the day that you are doing Athletics? (regular PE Class)

  • ABIS PE KIT\
  • SPORTS SHOES
  • WATER BOTTLE
  • HAT
