This week, our Grade 11 IB Diploma Programme learners visited the Sohar Aluminium facilities as part of their Collaborative Science Project (CSP). They gained crucial, firsthand insights into the full aluminium production process—seeing how science, technology, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility intersect within a major industrial organization.
The experience, from observing innovative sustainable practices to discussions with lead engineers, deeply enriched their understanding of Sustainable Production and Green Innovation, the core theme of their CSP.
