Design = Finish Summative Assessment

It’s has been a challenging term for students and teachers working remotely but the students have really adapted well and produced some outstanding work which they should be proud of.

For the last week of the term, the G7 to G10 have been working on their summative reports for Criterion A. Basically summarizing their research.

Grade 7 – Summative ‘One Pager’. Students extracted the relevant data from their process journals.

Grade 8 ‘one pagers’. The key is using the MYP command terms to decide exactly what the strand requires.

Grade 9 have been summarizing their process journals to compile a summative report for the criterion. This is the first time they have completed this report for Design and prepares them for G10.

Like the grade 9s, the grade 10 have been hard at work flushing out their summative reports.
