Basketball
Our girls finally found some tough opposition on the basketball court playing against a local Sohar group. It was a very low scoring game with the defense of both teams being tough break and get a clear shot. ABIS gradually found their groove following a basket from Christine and grew in confidence as the game progressed. All our girls played extremely well with Christine being outstanding in defense and making some great steals, Tay’a top scoring with 12 points, Sanna dominating the rebounds, Andee all over court and scoring a fantastic lay up, Kerry Ann a great all round game and Sara and Andrea making good contributions to win 22-8. Well done girls – we look forward to see how you go next week.
