Grade 7 are enjoying being in the desert and riding the camels. Last night was spent roasting marshmallows over a warm fire and today there has been plenty of time and water in the wadi for swimming. Kids are getting on well and the camels are behaving!

K3 learnt about Oman. They looked at artefacts and tried Omani food. Later, they wrote questions to ask the owner of the camel farm, which we will visit on Tuesday.

Dressed in Omani dress or the colours of the Omani flag, it was a colorful start to Oman Week. We loved viewing the Omani displays and learning a little more about some Omani customs. Of course, the tasting part was high on everyone’s list of favorite moments....
