Our Grade 7, 8, and 10 science students are preparing for their upcoming Criterion A Summative Assessments next week. These assessments will evaluate their knowledge and understanding of the following units:

Grade 7: The Scientific Method

Grade 8: Ecosystems and Sustainability

Grade 10: The Impact of Crude Oil, Chemistry of Carbon, and Organic Chemistry
These end-of-unit tests will include a mix of question types that ask students to recall key scientific facts, apply concepts to new situations, and make scientifically supported judgments.
The scope and review materials have already been shared through Google Classroom. We encourage parents to remind students to engage in regular review and practice of the concepts covered to ensure they feel confident and perform their best.
