Tomorrow, March 8th, International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world. “International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.”

Today, at school, members of the community, staff and students, could wear purple in order to show their support. Thank you to all of you who participated.
As part of the initiative to support women in our community, the Student Council organized a very successful bake sale to sponsor emergency sanitary products in the girls bathroom in relevant areas of the school. Thank you to all who enjoyed some treats today!
