I ordered a 9-inch pizza. The waiter brought me a 5 inch pizza and said the 9 inch pizza was not available and he was giving me TWO 5 inch pizzas instead – and that I am getting 1 inch more for free!
I requested the waiter to call the manager. I told the manager that he needed to give me at least 3 pizzas! He was confused.
So I explained – the area of a 9 inch (diameter) pizza was 64. while a 5 inch pizza was 20. 20×3=60. So I was still short 3 inches!
He was shocked. he gave me 4 pizzas
