The start of a school year is always a great time to put our heads together, and make those important decisions like:
How can we best take care of our learning environment?
How can we best take care of each other?
How can we become a more Eco-Friendly community?
What makes us a strong community?
What safety considerations do we need to consider? (especially that we’re in a new building)
The Advisory students had their voices heard about these questions, as they collaboratively engaged in discussions about how to make our school the best it can be. Ideas from these important student lead discussions will become our new “Essential Agreements” and will guide our learning community to be more thoughtful, caring, safe, and fun! These Essential Agreements will be posted around the school for all of us to see soon!
