Our Grade 10 students have started the year experimenting with the different factors that affect rates of reaction. They come prepared each lesson and bring great enthusiasm as they begin their journey toward preparing for e-assessments later this year.
This week, they explored how concentration and surface area affect the reaction between HCl and CaCO₃. Alongside their experiments, they worked on strengthening their Criterion B skills. Most students were able to successfully identify variables and formulate clear research questions.
Proud of their energy and focus!
