This week students in grades 7-10 undertook the grueling bleep test. Overall our students proved to be relatively fit with 3 students almost making it to the excellent category. Shalin and Albert were in the very good category for 12-13 year olds with scores of 8.9, Tamika was 0.1 away from the excellent category for 12-13 year old girls with a score of 9.2 and Sara close behind with a 9.1.
In the 13-14 year olds Isaac scored a school high of 11.1 in the boys while Grace 8.8, Andee 8.1, Felicity 7.9 and Ellie 7.9 all scored in the very good category. Next the Coopers 12 minute run test.
