It was truly a week rich in learning and achievement for our Grade 2 students. They focused on using first-person pronouns in both singular and plural forms, while deepening their understanding of the spelling pattern of taa marbuta (ة) and haa (ه).

As part of celebrating excellence, high-achieving students were recognized in the Arabic Calligraphy Initiative launched by the school, in alignment with the Ministry of Education’s direction to enhance Arabic handwriting skills. This reflects our commitment to developing Arabic language proficiency in a way that blends accuracy with creativity.

Students were able to distinguish between them in both pronunciation and writing, and successfully constructed meaningful sentences that reflected their understanding.

Throughout the activities, key attributes of the IB Learner Profile were clearly evident. Students demonstrated their skills as Thinkers in sentence construction, Communicators in expressing their ideas clearly, and Inquirers in exploring language patterns, while also developing a strong sense of aesthetic appreciation in their writing.
