With great pride and joy ✨ As part of inquiry-based learning within the PYP framework, we organized a special initiative with our Grade 2 students titled “Designing Comic Stories.” Through this enriching experience, students created their own stories from idea to execution
Students demonstrated wonderful creativity by designing their own booklets and writing simple explanatory sentences that reflect their ideas, all in a way that suits their age and level. This allowed them a meaningful opportunity to express their imagination and showcase their creativity.
Through this initiative, we successfully integrated art with the Arabic language, strengthened students’ writing and expression skills, and nurtured their imaginative thinking in a fun and engaging learning environment 💡
A beautiful reminder that real learning happens when children are given the chance to create… express… and take ownership of their learning

في إطار التعلم القائم على الإبداع والاستكشاف ضمن منهج PYP، نظمنا مع طلبة الصف الثاني مبادرة مميزة بعنوان تصميم القصص المصورة، حيث خاض الطلبة تجربة تعليمية ثرية صنعوا فيها قصصهم بأنفسهم من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ 🎨📖
لقد أبدع الطلبة في رسم المطويات بأيديهم، ونسجوا عبارات توضيحية بسيطة تعبّر عن أفكارهم، بما يتناسب مع مرحلتهم العمرية، مما أتاح لهم مساحة حقيقية للتعبير عن خيالهم وإطلاق قدراتهم الإبداعية.
ومن خلال هذه المبادرة، نجحنا في دمج الفنون مع اللغة العربية، وتعزيز مهارات التعبير الكتابي، وتنمية التفكير الخيالي لدى الطلبة، في بيئة تعلم محفزة وممتعة 💡
تجربة تؤكد أن التعلم الحقيقي يحدث عندما نمنح الطفل فرصة ليُبدع… ويُعبّر… ويصنع تعلمه بنفسه 🌱
