Grade 10 science students are currently working on their Criteria BC summative assessment by investigating the principles of oscillation through a pendulum experiment. They measured the time taken for complete oscillations while varying the pendulum’s length and mass of the bob, collecting raw data with precision using stopwatches and measuring tapes. As they compile their findings into a scientific lab report, they will analyze how these variables influence the pendulum’s time period and frequency, enhancing their understanding of oscillatory motion and developing critical thinking skills.
