Grade 12 Chemistry students continue their exploration of Thermochemistry, with a particular emphasis on “Reactivity 1: What drives chemical reactions?” This week, the class worked on collecting data to calculate the enthalpy of neutralization. They also explored different exothermic and endothermic reactions that had to be done outside the laboratory for safety reasons. In conjunction with the theoretical aspects, students are honing their experimental skills through hands-on lab work.
