🎶The music teacher had a fantastic first week filled with music-making! They thoroughly enjoyed welcoming each student into the music room and sharing the joy of music together. From the youngest kindergarteners to the experienced Grade 6 musicians, the energy and enthusiasm were contagious. They embarked on an exciting journey filled with singing,dancing, instrument exploration, and more!
The sound of laughter and music echoing through the halls was a true delight. It was heartwarming to witness the spark of curiosity in the students’ eyes as they discovered new instruments, learned new songs, and moved to the rhythm of the music.
The students are so proud of the way they have embraced the joy of music-making, and can’t wait to see what they’ll create together in the future. The music room is a place where students can always be themselves, express their creativity,and let their musical spirits soar!

- Our youngest musicians in KG and Grade 1 have been exploring rhythm and melody through movement and song, while our older students in Grades 2 and above have started delving into music reading and notation.
- The wind band instruments have captivated many, and the xylophones have been a hit across all grades!

Next week promises even more musical adventures! We’ll continue our instrument exploration, move and groove to different rhythms, and even embark on a musical journey around the world, learning songs from different cultures. We’ll also start delving deeper into the elements of music, unraveling the building blocks that create beautiful melodies and harmonies.
