After a firm understanding of electrical circuits and mastering basic circuit calculations, students spent the week designing an experiment on how to verify some of the laws they studied in class. The panning culminated in a lab activity this Thursday. IBMYP Science at ABIS encourages both teachers and students to explore information with hands-on practical approach and this is exactly what happened in the lab. Students know how to measure electric current flowing in a circuit and also how to measure the voltage across a component. It was great to see students setting up their own circuits and sharing ideas within their individual groups. Some fotos from our lab session is attached here.
