Our Oman week trip to Muscat started off with an educating tour of the oil and gas exhibit in the PDO knowledge world. We learned how oil and gas are found, pumped, and prepared. When we finished learning about these important energy sources, we transitioned over to the EcOman center and learned about alternate forms such as energy, solar, wind, tidal, and geothermal. We took a nice picnic in the park to prepare for our hike and then headed out to Muttrah. The start of the trail was steep and hot, but we soon got into the wadi and from there it was smooth moving.
