This week we have been focussing on our collaboration skills, namely delegating and sharing responsibility for decision-making and helping others to succeed. This has been seen in Science with the MYP students helping each other whilst tuning in to the chemistry unit. The grade 11’s have been working on teamwork during practical sessions and the grade 12’s have been working collectively on problem-solving and getting themselves ready for their Finals. Finally, all the scientists have been listening actively to other perspectives and ideas during lessons, they haven’t always agreed but they did listen.
