We are still doing well in our activity, alternating weeks between sweet and savoury dishes. This week we made a Cottage Pie, which led to a lot of debate among staff and students about the difference between Cottage Pie and Shepherds Pie…. for clarification, I was always told that Shepherds Pie is made from lamb mince, Cottage Pie from beef mince!
