Grade 12 Chemistry Update
This week, Grade 12 focused on revision, with a thorough review of stoichiometry concepts followed by attempting a full Paper 1 past exam paper. The class performed well and we will maintain this strong momentum next week through continued past paper practice and targeted revision. Students are strongly encouraged to engage in personal study at home to address any remaining gaps. The Kognity platform and shared slides on Google Classroom remain excellent resources for independent review and extra practice.
Grade 11 Chemistry Update
Grade 11 this week successfully explored the functional groups of all major homologous series along with IUPAC nomenclature rules. We will take one final review of these topics on Sunday and Monday before moving directly into the reactions of organic compounds (R3 unit). Students should complete the assigned homework worksheets promptly and make good use of the supporting resources on Google Classroom to reinforce their understanding and prepare for the upcoming reactions content.
