Grade 12 Chemistry Update
Good news — we have completed the DP Chemistry syllabus and have now moved fully into revision. We started by targeting topics students identified as challenging, particularly in organic chemistry. We have already reviewed the first part in S3 and will focus on the reactions section in R3 next week.
This week, students also attempted the Grade 11 bonding end-of-unit test as part of their revision practice.
Grade 11 Chemistry Update
Grade 11 students have concluded their Structure 2: Bonding and Structure unit and completed their end-of-unit test this week. Feedback will be shared early next week. We have already begun Structure 3, focusing on functional groups in organic chemistry.
Students are encouraged to regularly review the lesson slides on Google Classroom and the Kognity textbook to prevent learning gaps as we move into more advanced content.
