Our Grade 11 Chemistry students are wrapping up the final sections of Structure 1 after an exciting journey through the particulate nature of matter, atomic structure, and electron configurations. This foundational unit has deepened their understanding of how matter behaves at the subatomic level and how atomic theory underpins chemical behavior.

As they prepare for their end-of-unit assessment next week, students are consolidating their learning and applying it to real chemical contexts. Our SL Chemistry class has successfully completed a comprehensive set of separation techniques experiments, exploring practical methods such as filtration, distillation, evaporation, and chromatography. These lab sessions allowed students to connect theoretical knowledge with hands-on investigations.

As our students start to navigate the heavy workload of the Diploma Programme, we kindly ask parents to continue encouraging and providing emotional support. Your engagement at home plays a vital role in helping them balance their academic commitments and personal well-being during this challenging but rewarding stage of their studies.
