This week, our Grade 7 math students wrapped up their geometry unit with a focus on angles‘ real-world applications. The students worked in groups to investigate different activities related to angle use in various sectors, including architecture, engineering, fashion, and design. The presentations were informative and creative! It is always exciting as an educator to see students connecting concepts from the classroom to their lived experience, and in this case, it also showcased their understanding of geometry, curiosity, and presentation skills!
