What a fantastic trip we had to Barcelo Resort and Oman Sails!! The students demonstrated team work, courage, collaboration and self-managements skills. They spent 3 days learning about sailing and working towards their Level 1 Sailing Certificate. As their Advisory Teacher, I was and continue to be so proud of our students- they were a real credit to their parents and the school.
Mr Duncan and I were reflecting on the trip and both agreed that taking learning beyond the classroom is invaluable and so important for growth and development. We learn much more about the students and they learn much more about themselves!
