What a journey this year has been! We’ve covered so much material in our class – from cells to ecosystems and everything in between. I hope you found your study of science to be engaging, challenging and thought-provoking.
To those of you moving on to the IBDP next year, I wish you all the best as you embark on that rigorous new challenge. The DP will take your understanding of science to a whole new level. Be ready to delve deeper into concepts and think more critically about how science impacts our world. Most of all, continue nurturing your curiosity – ask questions, challenge assumptions and seek answers. You’ve gained a great foundation this year; now is the time to build on it.
For those of you leaving us to pursue other paths, know that what you’ve learned in science will stay with you and serve you well as you continue learning throughout your life. Whether you study science further or take a different direction, I hope you apply logical, evidence-based thinking in all that you do. You have bright futures ahead – go make your mark on the world.
