This year, the grade 8s, 9s, and 10s have MYP support on their schedule. The purpose of this course is to help student develop study skills and self-learning tools, all centered around the ATLs. As their academic careers become more rigorous and challenging, students need to take more control of their education and become more independent learners. Using the five ATLs (Self-Management, Social, Communication, Research, and Thinking Skills) students will have the opportunity to practice skills and techniques to help them in the classroom, as well as healthy organization habits to help them continue their learning at home.
