Having wrapped up our drama unit last week, grade 10 and I have spent this week (and will continue to explore next week) what the DP course will look like for the next two years. In the English Language and Literature course, we have a lot of flexibility and so the students have been researching books they would like to study. We have discussed the merits of each of these and made a selection of six books to read in the diploma course. Next week, we will look at non-literary texts (articles, photographs, film, essays, etc.) that we can pair with these.
