This week we have been focussing on our collaboration skills, namely delegating and sharing responsibility for decision-making and helping others to succeed. This has been seen in Science with the grades 10 helping each other whilst tuning in to the chemistry unit and working as a team to make a giant periodic table. The grade 12’s have been working collectively in teams on problem-solving and getting themselves ready for their Finals. Finally, all the scientists have been listening actively to other perspectives and ideas during lessons, they haven’t always agreed but they did listen.
