As we are getting close to the end of the year, it’s time to review some of the aspects of the school and consider how we would like to continue for next year. So we did a SWOT analysis with the grade 7s and 8s to inquire into how things are going in the 7-8 area. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and we used those four categories to consider their area, and what works and what wasn’t. They gave thoughtful answers, which will be passed on to the secondary team for consideration as we plan for next year.
