This week Humanities and English required students to practise an IB Command term that comes from Science – annotate. Grade 7s annotated myths in English and short articles in Humanities. Grade 8s annotated advertisements in English. This is an important Communication skill for note-making that students need to be able to transfer across the curriculum.
