It has been a remarkable first semester for our Grade 9 MYP Science students, who have demonstrated impressive intellectual growth across diverse scientific disciplines. From investigating the complexities of human metabolism to mastering the kinetic theory of matter, students have transitioned seamlessly between biological systems and physical properties. A particular highlight was the second term’s intensive six-week laboratory series, where hands-on experimentation turned theoretical concepts into tangible discoveries. This practical experience has sharpened their inquiry skills and prepared them for the challenges ahead. Upon their return, the focus will shift toward physics as we delve into the dynamics of motion and the interpretation of motion graphs.
These holidays are well-deserved, and I encourage every student to cherish this time with friends and family. Rest well and return refreshed, ready to tackle the final semester of the year with renewed energy and curiosity!
