Grade 8 students are almost at the end of their first unit in MYP Design, where they are now evaluating the success of their cultural clocks and considering ways to improve them. Student’s are also thinking about solutions for improvement. It’s exciting to see how their analysis and idea development have come together in the final designs, which are primarily focused on communicating the concept of time. The highlight of the unit is seeing the functioning clocks, each telling a unique story about the students’ respective countries.
