The Holy Quran Recitation and Memorization Competition are one of the annual competitions organized by the Ministry of Education due to the great importance of this competition in Omani society. ABIS is always keen to be a part of this competition, as a large number of students participated, and the teachers supervising the competition have chosen the students who would represent the school in the competition at the governorate level.
A number of our students participated in the assessment at the governorate level and achieved very advanced positions compared to the number of public and private schools participating in the competition. The sixth-grade student, Dura Yousif Al Abdulsalam, won first place in memorizing the Holy Qur’an (third level), all thanks and appreciation to all students who represented the school in the competition, and thanks go to Miss Sahar Ibrahim and Amal Nasser for their efforts in preparing and training students for the competition.
مسابقة تلاوة وحفظ القرآن الكريم هي أحد المسابقات السنوية التي تنظمها وزارة التربية والتعليم بشكل سنوى لما لهذه المسابقة من أهمية كبرى في المجتمع العماني ، وتحرص مدرسة الباطنة العالمية على أن تكون جزء من هذه المسابقة حيث شارك عدد كبير من الطلبة في هذه المسابقة وقامت المعلمات المشرفات على المسابقة باجراء تصفية لإختيار الطلبة اللذين سيمثلون المدرسة في المسابقة على مستوى المحافظة
وقد شارك عدد من طلبة المدرسة في التقييم على مستوى المحافظة واحرزوا مراكز متقدمة جدا مقارنة بعدد المدارس الحكومية والخاصة المشاركة في المسابقة ، وقد احرزت الطالبة درة يوسف آل عبدالسلام من الصف السادس المركز الأول في حفظ القرآن الكريم ( المستوى الثالث ) ، كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع الطلبة الذين مثلوا المدرسة في المسابقة والشكر موصول للاستاذتين سحر ابراهيم وامل ناصر على ما بذلنه في اعداد وتدريب الطلاب للمسابقة
