What a fantastic adventure we had for Oman Week. Winding your way through the wadis and mountains by camel and on foot to get a unique perspective of the beauty of Oman’s landscape and culture is a special experience indeed. Complete with traditional rifle(disarmed) and falcon our camel drivers gave us an insight into the life of the Bedouin with their traditional campsites, nightly singing, falconry and genuine love for their camels.
We walked, rode, camped, cleaned, swam in water holes and much more in our 55km journey through the mountains back to the camel farm.
