Who?
ABIS students and parents. ABIS students from Grade 4 and upwards are permitted to join the trip without a parent and will be supervised by teachers and ski instructors. Students, Grade 3 and below will need a parent or parents who wish to join the trip. All parents and families are welcome even if above Grade 3.
When?
Friday 22nd of February 2019 – Saturday 2nd of March 2019.
Where?
For this year’s ski trip we have plans to travel to Prato Nevoso in Italy which offers a great range of skiing and snowboarding opportunities with 130kms of pisted runs as well as half pipes and ski parks. We are tentatively booked at Hotel Mondole which offers good quality accommodation and ski to door facilities.
What?
Up to 5 hours of skiing or snowboarding per day, 4 hours with instructors for 6 days. Night time activities such as tobogganing, night skiing, tubing, bumboarding and ice skating .
How Much?
Usually around 700 OMR depending on numbers and currency fluctuations. This includes airfares, transfers, accommodation, ski gear and passes, ski instruction and three meals per day. Payments are usually made in three installments.
