This week in Grade 1, we continued building our confidence as writers. Students worked on sharing their ideas through writing, adding details, and remembering to include clear sentences.
In math, we explored finding the missing addend. Students used different strategies to figure out the missing number and explain their thinking.
We are also concluding our Flat Teddy adventures. It has been wonderful to hear about the different places Flat Teddy has visited and the stories students have shared with the class.
We had a special opportunity to visit the Grade 3 Mini Market! The students enjoyed exploring the different stalls, making choices, and supporting the Grade 3 students. It was a fun and meaningful experience for everyone.
