Coming back to school after a holiday is always difficult, but so close to the end of the academic year seems to make it seem just a little harder. It’s important to remember that the learning at ABIS will continue right up until the very last day. This end of year is going to be very different from the previous end of years at ABIS. Something very special is going to be happening! The students have been seeing teasers for the past few weeks to let them know that something is going to be taking place over the final 4 days. Each grade level in the MYP will be playing a very important role at this time, but we can’t say any more just yet. It is still top secret! Stay tuned…
There have been some special preparations taking place for an event that is being organised by our language acquisition students. As the culmination of their final unit, they were tasked with creating invitations and planning a special event. They chose to host a special Grade 7 end-of-year party which will be taking place on Sunday (7th June). Please see below for details:
It was wonderful to see so many of you at the Summer Concert last night. Huge congratulations to all of our students who took to the stage and showcased a wide range of talent. It is not easy to get up on a stage and perform, and they did a fabulous job of entertaining a very appreciative audience.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. The Grade 7 Team.
