Dear Parents, please encourage your child to help out during our International Food evening on February 20th.
Dear Students,
Here is a reminder of some great opportunities to help your school community soon. International Food Evening will take place on Thursday 20th February and we need YOU!
We are looking for students to help with the following:
– Supervising games and activities during the evening. The idea is for you to take turns in supervising one activity, once your shift is over you then can carry on enjoying the evening.
Here is a list of ideas of activities:
Hook a duck
Henna
Camel rides
Face painting – Sara from Grade 7
Jumping castle
Ping pong
Basketball
Play area
Photo booth – Lusubilo from Grade 7
There will also be adults to help supervise. You will not be in charge.
– Coupon runners : to pick up coupons from tables and give back to the coupon stalls at entrance.
– For Grade 10 and DP students : Advertising Stand: Marketing brochures and enrollment packages – Senior students to help distribute information and advertise for our school.
If you are keen to help with any of the above, please be in touch with either the Student Council, Mr Cooper or myself.
