Wow-what a week! We had a wonderful week of revisiting Oman week. Our visit to the Grand Mosque on Sunday was lovely, the children enjoyed learning about it. Our Wednesday trip was luckily not affected by the rain, the Sohar Fort is amazing and it was interesting to learn about its history. This past week we also started our fractions unit in math and dipped into our UOI; How We Organize Ourselves. Next week, we will really delve into the unit. As you know, next Monday, the Ramadan schedule begins. Our shortened days will still be filled with learning and fun.
A gentle reminder, library is Sunday, please send library books in. Also, headphones are a must in class, the class is often assigned work on their ipads which require headphones. Have a great weekend!
