This week, our focus was on exploring patterns. The discovery was twofold, as we learned to articulate patterns through numerical and color representations. After examining various patterns, each student was given a stack of linking cubes in a single color. The challenge unfolded when we explored the possibilities of creating patterns using only one color. This prompted the realization that cooperation and sharing were essential. Organized into groups of three, the students collaborated to strategize and craft a pattern collectively. Through this hands-on experience, they gained insights into the concept of patterns and honed their communication skills, fostering teamwork as they jointly tackled and completed their creative task.
