This week we have been learning collaboratively by helping our partner to read story books. We use our fingers to follow each word being read and answer questions in groups. In smaller groups we practice reading and writing the Golden Words. Reading is an essential element of the Grade 1 learning journey. While we read in school we strongly encourage the children to read at home using books found your home and Raz Kids.
