In the French class this week, we have learnt about the francophone community around the world, inquired about the countries for which French is an official language as well as researched how many French speakers there are in the world.
Now parents, can you guess how many countries have French as an official language? Do you know how many people speak French as a native language?
Well, your children have the answers, ask them about it. I will also post the answers in next week’s newsletter 😉 Stay tuned!
Also, regarding the news announced in my post in last week’s newsletter, well…ABIS now has two official French Acquisition classrooms. Ms Nuria and myself are very fortunate to have been given dedicated teaching spaces (Ms Perin – GF glass room in LC2/ Ms Nuria – 1st floor glass room in LC3). Next time you are on campus, come and say ‘bonjour’!
