It’s been a fantastic week in Grade 1! Today first graders attended a Storytelling Showcase put on by the Grade 2 students. They were enthralled seeing other students performing and sharing stories, complete with props and backdrop settings. Thank you, Grade 2, for inviting us.
On Monday we attended the Grade 3 Mini Souk and had a blast spending our baizas on a variety of fabulous things. We were happy to support the third graders in their creative economic learning endeavour and to help animals at the same time. And in between those events, we continued studying vowel teams, telling time, and inquiring into the plant cycle and bees.
