In English students have been working in groups to create websites that contain book reviews. They have used google sites to design and organize the site. Students have been reading books in order to create reviews to put on that site. They have agreed about what should be included in their reviews and the type of books they should be reading.
In Individuals and Societies, students have been given the opportunity to prepare and lead a class on s a subject chosen from: Renewable Energy, Explorers, or Innovations. They were given time to conduct research on their particular theme and to create activities for their classmates. So far, this has been good fun.
