In English students competed their film scripts of an event or chapter from ‘Red Scarf Girl’. These showed a great understanding of the different needs of a screenplay compared to those of a book. As an end of year project students are now designing a webpage for book reviews.
In Individuals and Societies, students are completing a brief unit on World War 1. They have investigated the causes of the war and inquired about the different fronts of the war. they are competing the unit by watching the movie: ‘All Quiet on the Western Front.’
